Job summary

IAG Cargo, a leading logistics and cargo brand within International Airlines Group, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive transformational initiatives across the business. You will plan, govern, and deliver complex IT and business-change projects with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

You will manage budgets, risks, and governance within a hybrid environment, collaborating with Finance and PMO.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience delivering change projects on time and within budget.
• Experience planning and delivering business change activities at a project level.
• Experience owning and mitigating risks, issues and dependencies with support from colleagues.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams.
• Experience in a Programme Management Office (PMO) environment or governance.
• Understanding of end-to-end business case development and approvals in large organisations.
• Financial literacy and ability to work with Finance and Reporting colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver transformational projects in alignment with internal controls, financial guidelines, and priorities.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities to maximise success.
• Gather and analyse proposals from suppliers and stakeholders and drive optimal solutions.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with clear critical paths and risks.
• Maintain change management processes to balance constraints and priorities.
• Collaborate on resource planning and optimisation of skills across the organisation.
• Deliver clear communication to stakeholders at all levels throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Embed change by creating business change plans that minimise disruption.
