IAG Cargo is seeking a driven Transformation Project Manager to lead delivery of core transformation initiatives. You will supervise junior team members and coordinate across stakeholders to ensure projects meet time, cost and quality targets.

Responsibilities include defining project controls, managing risks, and collaborating with PMO and finance to optimise resources. The role supports a hybrid working arrangement, combining office and home-based days.

Formación

• Proven project management and planning experience delivering complex change initiatives.
• Experience planning and delivering business change activities at project level, including complex projects.
• Experience owning and mitigating risks, issues and dependencies at project level.

Responsabilidades

• Line manage 1-2 graduates/Project Executives and support development and performance.
• Plan and deliver core transformation projects in line with internal control and financial guidelines.
• Define and manage project controls including progress, risks and resources.
