Job summary

IAG Cargo is seeking an Inventory Executive to own inventory performance on key lanes and drive contribution growth through data-driven decision making. You will lead on projects to improve performance, liaise with Contribution Management, Sales, Operations and external partners to optimise network balance and profitability.

The role requires analytical thinking, proactive problem solving, and strong collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory performance on key lanes and optimise setups using data.
• Monitor capacity utilisation and KPIs; adjust strategies to improve contribution.
• Conduct regular analysis with reporting tools to forecast performance and suggest actions.
• Track competitor activity and market share to respond proactively.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning and Network teams to optimise pricing and allocation.
• Lead transformation projects and coordinate with offshore suppliers as needed.
