Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi in London is seeking an ambitious Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of a fast-growing, internationally scaling business. This role is autonomous and strategic, spanning supply chain, demand planning, and global logistics, with direct collaboration with the Founder.

You will build systems to support rapid growth, manage multi-region inventory, coordinate production, and optimize shipments while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast-growing DTC ecommerce.
• Strong analytical background with forecasting model experience.
• Experience booking shipments, liaising with 3PLs, and managing logistics schedules.
• Familiarity with Shopify and warehouse management systems; ASNs and inventory reconciliation.
• Import/export and international logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Build sales forecasting models using historical data and seasonality to predict stock quantities.
• Strategically allocate inventory across UK, EU, and US warehouses to maximise availability.
• Own supplier orders, lead times, and production timelines with manufacturers.
• Manage international shipments, customs, and carrier schedules with vendors.
• Upload product data to Shopify and maintain the single source of truth for data.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose scalable improvements to operations.
