Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the end-to-end operational backbone. You will drive demand planning, inventory strategy, and global logistics for a fast-growing jewellery brand.

You will manage production, freight, and warehouse coordination and build scalable processes with a founder-led team. You will partner with suppliers, warehouses, and 3PLs to ensure stock availability across regions, optimise costs, and implement data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning.
• Analytical mindset with forecasting modelling experience using data.
• Booked shipments, managed lead times, liaised with 3PLs, and owned logistics schedules.
• Proficient with Shopify and warehouse systems; worked with ASNs and inventory reconciliation.
• Financial literacy: cash flow, carrying costs, and spend decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own Demand Planning & Inventory Strategy: forecast stock quantities across regions and allocate inventory to UK, EU, and US warehouses.
• Oversee Supply Chain & Production Management: manage manufacturers, lead times, and product launches syncing with freight schedules.
• Lead Global Logistics & Warehouse Operations: book shipments, oversee collections, customs, and ASN generation; ensure 100% inventory sync between Shopify and WMS.
• Manage Collection Administration & SKU Management: provide SKUs, barcodes, HS codes, weights, prices; upload product data to Shopify.
• Handle Commercial & Import/Export: decide routes, manage duties, invoices, and compliance across UK, EU, US.
