Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the entire operational backbone, including supply chain, demand planning, and global logistics. You will work closely with the founder to build scalable systems in a fast-growing, founder-led environment.

The role is hybrid with in-office days in Chelsea, London, and a strong emphasis on autonomous decision-making, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Operations, Supply Chain or Demand Planning in fast growing ecommerce.
• Strong analytical ability; comfortable building forecasting models.
• Experience booking shipments, managing lead times and 3PLs.
• Proficient with Shopify and warehouse systems; can handle ASNs & inventory checks.
• Financial literacy: cash flow, inventory carrying costs, spend decisions.
• Experience with import/export processes, customs and tariffs.
• Background in jewellery, fashion or ecommerce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning and inventory strategy across regions.
• Lead production management and supplier relationships to meet forecasts.
• Manage global logistics, carrier bookings, customs and deliveries.
• Handle SKU data, barcodes, HS codes, and Shopify data accuracy.
• Oversee import/export decisions, duties, and freight spend.
