BMW Group UK, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars at Goodwood, invites ambitious students to join the Sales Channel Development placement year starting July 2027. You will support dealer network projects, help coordinate dealer contracts, and assist with market viability analysis to inform expansion decisions.

Working closely with RRMC regional teams, you will maintain the global dealer database, participate in cross‑regional meetings, and contribute to a high‑standard customer experience.

Competenze

• Business, Economics or Management related degree preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail required.
• Willingness to learn and diligent work ethic desired.
• Positive attitude and good organisational skills required.
• Adaptability to support a variety of tasks and projects.
• Awareness of brand values in a multinational organisation.

Mansioni

• Coordinate dealer development activities, including supply of dealer contracts to new candidates and progression of new dealers through setup processes.
• Assess market viability for new dealer presence through full analysis and evaluation.
• Act as liaison between Sales Channel Development and regions.
• Maintain an up-to-date global dealer database and implement changes as needed.
• Provide key support to the wider Sales Channel Development team.
