Job summary

BMW Group UK, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Goodwood, invites you to a Retail Qualification - Placement Year (July 2027). You’ll learn by doing, with real responsibility from day one, and join a global training programme that develops both Technical and Brand Training.

As an intern you will coordinate face-to-face training and live broadcasts, manage delegates, oversee LMS pages, track completion, respond to enquiries, and contribute to special projects, while working in a luxury automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a 2.2 in an undergraduate degree.
• Competent in MS Office with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Confident in face-to-face and written communication.
• Interested in the luxury and/or automotive industry.
• Good eye to detail and analytical approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate face-to-face training and live global broadcasts within the Rolls-Royce Training Academy and across Regions.
• Support delegate management.
• Create and manage training pages on the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Track and report LMS completion and enrolment.
• Support and respond to delegate enquiries.
• Based on your skills, contribute to special projects.
