Job summary

BMW Group UK, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Goodwood, Ownership Services Regional Dealer Support – Placement Year (July 2027), invites motivated students to learn by doing from day one and take on their own responsibilities within the team.

As an intern you will support customer retention, analyse dealer performance, and help develop business plans and quarterly action plans while promoting Extended Warranty, Service Inclusive, Parts and Customer Pay programmes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support customer retention, loyalty, and satisfaction initiatives.
• Analyse dealer performance using customer and service data to identify trends.
• Develop and support dealer business plans, targets, and quarterly actions.
• Promote and support sales growth across warranty, service, parts, and customer-pay programmes.
• Assess dealer capability and training needs; assist onboarding of new dealers.
• Collaborate with regional teams, dealers, and workshop partners to improve ownership services.
