Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Goodwood invites a Placement Year student to gain hands-on experience across several projects from day one, while learning about how a global automotive business operates. You will engage with our international dealer network and participate in cost and quality analysis activities.

The role requires pursuing a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business/Finance, or related STEM field), strong communication, and a passion for the automotive sector.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business & Finance Management or another STEM subject.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and report key performance results to identify trends.
• Create and update dealer communication bulletins.
• Support the manager with ongoing project work.
• Liaise with internal and global departments about quality and cost analysis.
• Prepare and deliver department presentations.
