Job summary

BMW Group UK is offering a Regional Business Development placement in 2027. You will support regional market activities, manage dealer plans, and liaise with RRMC partners; gain exposure to multiple markets and cultures within Europe and beyond.

You will work with regional teams to enhance customer centricity, participate in dealer visits and events, and develop initiatives across sales and marketing. Eligible for a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 2:1+ in Business, Economics, Management or related degree.
• Desire to implement own ideas and develop future operations of RRMC business.
• Very good level of English, fluent preferred; additional European language is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong operational understanding of Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support all current and future commercial activities in the Region’s markets.
• Manage the annual Dealer Business plans, liaising between RRMC and Regional Partners.
• Communicate with dealers regarding contracts, training, audits and performance results.
• Assess viability of commercial markets and opportunities for a new dealer presence.
• Coordinate dealer and commercial development activities including contracts and set-up.
• Represent the Brand with Dealer visits and regional events.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to develop customer-centric programs.
• Maintain brand retail standards in collaboration with RRMC departments.
