Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, part of the BMW Group, offers a placement year in Service Operations at Goodwood, West Sussex. You will learn by doing, take ownership from day one, and support the global dealer network to maximise customer satisfaction.

Expect hands-on experience in managing campaigns, generating reports, and developing new processes, while working in an international team with Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a 2:2 bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration with Analytics or Project Management.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of written work.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with global regional teams to assist and support daily business.
• Maintain global authority communication matrix.
• Generate reports to track dealer performance.
• Create or update reporting systems such as Quick Sight.
• Support the team and department with projects and presentations.
• Assist in developing new processes and procedures.
• Preparing authority communication documentation.
