Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, part of the BMW Group, invites you to join the Aftersales, Field Quality placement year at Goodwood. Based in West Sussex, you will gain hands-on experience from day one, taking ownership of projects and supporting global dealer network.

You'll analyse cost and quality data, prepare presentations, and work with international teams to learn how an automotive business operates.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree - preferably in Engineering, Business and Finance Management or another STEM related subject
• Strong relationship building skills and ability to showcase excellent communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication
• Passion for the automotive industry
• Interest in working in an international team
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Analysing and reporting key performance results to identify specific trends.
• Creating and updating dealer communication bulletins.
• Supporting the manager with ongoing project work.
• Liaising with internal and global departments about quality and cost analysis.
• Preparing and creating department presentations.
