Job summary

BMW Group UK is offering a Regional Marketing Intern placement year (July 2027) based at the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Technology and Logistics Centre near Goodwood. You will support the Regional Marketing Team across the UK, Europe and Central Asia, handling dealer inquiries, CRM tasks, campaigns and events.

You will gain hands-on experience in marketing activities for luxury brands, work with multiple markets, and develop analytical skills while travelling occasionally to events and dealer visits.

Qualifications

• Studying toward a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events, Business, Management, or a related field and on track to achieve at least a 2:1.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programmes including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in a Marketing environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Confident, eager to learn and develop.
• High level of analytical skills.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• European language skills beneficial but not essential.
• Interest in the luxury sector advantageous.
• Full driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Marketing team with dealer queries, CRM management (Salesforce), marketing campaigns and agency management.
• Assist the planning and execution of regional events including Goodwood Festival of Speed, drive experiences and wider events programme.
• Collaborate with dealer partners to shape local marketing activities aligned with objectives and measurable impact.
• Produce regular KPI reports and utilise CRM data to improve client experiences and identify regional opportunities.
• Coordinate and allocate Marketing Fleet cars to dealer sites and events.
• Provide pivotal administrative support to the Region to ensure seamless operations.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support regional events and dealer visits.
