Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Project Engineering Manager to oversee HVDC substation engineering scopes on large EPC projects. You will coordinate a diverse, international PEM team, ensuring safety, schedule, cost, and technical compliance while aligning interfaces with procurement, construction, and commissioning.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and KPIs such as on‑time delivery and budget. Relocation and global collaboration across Europe, US, and Asia are possible.

Qualifications

• HVDC experience is a strong asset.
• Experience with large-scale EPC projects preferred.
• Ability to lead international project teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute the scope of engineering works for complex HVDC projects, ensuring safety, schedule, cost, quality and technical requirements.
• Manage and deliver the sub-discipline HVDC SL scope with senior PEM supervision and align with project schedule.
• Plan and manage technical interfaces, exchange interface sheets with partners, customers, and contractors.
• Lead sub-disciplinary project teams to deliver PDG engineering scope per DOR and coordinate day-to-day activities.
• Attend customer technical meetings and ensure design compliance with contract requirements and budget.
