Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Project Engineering Lead to oversee HVDC Control, Protection, Automation and V&V for major projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, and governance, ensuring compliance with GE Vernova processes and integration with design, procurement, and commissioning activities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and report monthly on project health, risks, and performance, while maintaining high technical standards and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree level or equivalent education in Electrical Engineering required.
• Extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in EPC environments.
• Fluent in English and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver HVDC Control, Protection, Automation and V&V scope of work.
• Review and govern project execution processes and align with GE Vernova standards.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, quality and change control for the C&P scope.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure risk and interface management across partners and suppliers.
• Lead project governance, monthly reporting, and KPI achievement (FTY, OTD, budget).
