Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Power Systems or related field.
• Proven PM experience delivering large EPC HVDC projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of HVDC Solution Line scope on large EPC projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensure alignment with milestones.
• Act as technical lead, manage interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and customers.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, partners and suppliers on technical topics.
• Manage risks with a live risk register and change management processes.
• Ensure quality and safety compliance across project lifecycle.
• Represent engineering in governance and report progress, issues and KPIs.
• Support site teams during execution and smooth design-to-construction transitions.
• Mentor project engineers and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Review progress and delivery across the HVDC scope with time, cost, quality, and risks.
