Job summary

GE Vernova Electrification is expanding its HVDC control system commissioning function to deliver a global portfolio of projects safely and efficiently, reporting to the HVDC Solution Line Leader. You will lead strategic resource planning, process standardization, and technical governance across global sites, balancing leadership with technical oversight to drive first-time pass and lean improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in HVDC Control & Protection or large-scale power system commissioning.
• Proven track record leading large, multi-cultural, geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global HVDC control system commissioning function strategy and governance.
• Balance leadership with senior technical oversight across global project execution.
• Chair gate reviews and ensure safe, energized testing readiness across portfolios.
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement in commissioning procedures.
