Job summary

GE Vernova Grid Solutions seeks a Senior Project Engineering Lead to manage HVDC Control, Protection, Automation and V&V for major projects. You will lead the C&P team, optimize budgets, and ensure alignment with project governance and quality standards.

You will work closely with global functions, coordinate interfaces, and drive continuous improvement in project execution. Fluent English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree level in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience as Lead Project Engineer on medium-size EPC projects.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams across interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HVDC C&P scope per project schedule and interfaces.
• Manage budgets, risk, quality and change control processes.
• Produce monthly governance reports and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate with partners, customers and subcontractors.
