Getty Images is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR practices across regions, assisting with onboarding, data management in HRIS, and day-to-day transactional HR tasks.

You’ll partner with the HRBP and Operations, manage employee data in systems, coordinate interviews, and help administer policies while maintaining confidentiality and delivering engaging employee services.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• One year of experience preferred, not essential.
• Strong confidentiality handling of HR data.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
• Autonomous yet collaborative with global colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with planning and executing HR practices, initiatives, and programs.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities for new hires.
• Manage employee data in HRIS and generate basic HR reporting.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Answer employee inquiries regarding processes and policies with escalation when needed.
• Maintain and update HR resources across SharePoint sites.
• Support HR audits and payroll/benefits collaborations.
