Job summary

Invesco is seeking a HR Shared Services Coordinator to support regional teams across multiple countries. You will handle inquiries via the HR portal, process Workday and ServiceNow transactions, and ensure accurate employee records while collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and Advisors.

The role requires strong communication, data accuracy, and the ability to work across different HR processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Direct related HR experience in a customer/client focused role.
• General knowledge of HR best practices and employment law is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
• Proven skills in Workday, or equivalent HR systems, are required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact/triage for incoming employee and manager inquiries through employee portal (myConnect).
• Processes and approves HR system transactions originating primarily in Workday and ServiceNow, including employee changes, new hires, and terminations.
• Reviews and resolves data audit issues and participates in process improvements for data management.
• Coordinates with HR team to provide client support and resolve payroll, compensation, or benefit-related questions.
• Maintains employee data in systems and ensures up-to-date personnel records.
• Organises and maintains employee files in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepares reports for internal partners and works with Digital HR to create custom reports.
• Supports regulated roles background checks and training records.
