Zusammenfassung

Hydrogen Group is seeking an HR Coordinator to join the UK HR team and provide a professional, responsive HR service to employees and managers. You will act as the main contact for queries, guide on policies, and manage HR processes end-to-end.

The role covers the full employee lifecycle with transactional admin, data maintenance, HR systems support and wider team assistance in a busy, technical environment.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a busy HR environment.
• Experience using Workday or a similar HRIS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Act as a first point of contact for HR queries via the HR helpdesk, telephone and shared inbox.
• Provide professional guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and processes.
• Manage HR queries through the HR ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer contractual offers, employee changes and other lifecycle documentation.
• Coordinate and support new starter inductions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS.
• Provide administration support for employee reward and benefits programmes.
• Coordinate activities with third-party benefits providers.
• Support long-service recognition and reward activities.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc HR reports.
• Develop and maintain HR procedures, policies and work instructions.
• Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide wider administrative support to the HR team, including meeting notes and documentation for employee relations processes.
• Support activities relating to consultations, restructures and other employee relations matters where required.
