Job summary

Invesco is hiring a HR Shared Services Coordinator to support regional HR teams across multiple countries. You will manage inquiries via myConnect, route complex requests to specialists, and handle HR transactions in Workday and ServiceNow. The role requires high attention to data accuracy and strong communication.

Working in a hybrid model, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners and Advisors, maintain personnel records, and assist with payroll, benefits, and reports for internal clients.

Qualifications

• Direct related HR experience in a customer/client focused role.
• General knowledge of HR best practices and employment law is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
• Proven skills in Workday, or equivalent HR systems, are required.
• Strong communication skills are required and attention to detail is essential.
• A Level standard education or equivalent and direct related HR experience in a client-focused environment required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact for incoming employee and manager inquiries via portal, routing to knowledge content or HR teams.
• Processes and approves HR system transactions in Workday and ServiceNow, including hires and terminations.
• Acts as data owner, reviews data audits, and drives data management improvements.
• Coordinates with HR teammates to provide client support and resolve payroll, compensation, or benefit queries.
• Maintains employee data and personnel records in systems and files.
• Supports regulatory requirements and background checks for regulated roles.
