Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com in the United Kingdom seeks a Category Lead in Global Grocery Sales to acquire, manage and develop partnerships with top grocers worldwide, shaping the P&T roadmap and driving capability-building across functions.

You will own BRDs, work with Local Account Management, Tech, Marketing, Legal and Logistics, and influence senior stakeholders to deliver growth, seamless promotions and an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to close enterprise deals and drive fast, hands-on implementation.
• High energy, autonomy, and resilience with a “get it done” mindset.
• Extensive experience in account management or business development in FMCG or Retail, ideally global.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to craft clear narratives for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and execution of the grocery category commercial strategy.
• Assume P&L responsibility for global grocery accounts, with a clear growth plan.
• Drive agentic category management capability development and adoption.
• Work closely with Local Heads of Retail of 15 Markets to translate strategy into action with executional excellence and data-driven insights.
• Carefully manage a senior set of stakeholders across a matrix-led organisation.
• Author BRDs translating partner needs into actionable P&T roadmap items.
• Engage cross-functional teams to develop capabilities and improve the shopping experience within the vertical.
• Represent JET at industry events with strong networking skills.
