Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Category Lead for the Global Grocery Sales Team to acquire, manage and develop partnerships with major grocers worldwide. You will drive the grocery category proposition, shape the P&T roadmap, and promote agentic category management across markets.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, own BRDs translating partner needs into actionable roadmap items, and engage internal teams to enhance shopping and user experiences globally.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to close enterprise deals and implement plans quickly.
• Experience in account management or business development in FMCG or Retail, preferably global.
• Data-driven with strong analytics and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with major grocers globally and manage the associated P&L.
• Own/contribute to BRDs translating partner needs into roadmap items.
• Drive cross-functional capability development with Local Account Management, Tech, Marketing, Legal and Logistics.
• Define and execute the commercial category strategy and growth plans.
• Represent JET at industry events and build strong external networks.
