• Proven facilities contract ownership and supplier/contractor management.
• Experience with quality, environmental, and EHS management systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor partnerships for employee dining, barista outlets, and hospitality services.
• Ensure KPI and SLA performance with robust reporting and budget management.
• Develop relationships with Facilities Managers and regional teams to support RFPs.
• Create SOPs and conduct audits to maintain GREF-mandated hospitality standards.
