Job summary

JLL is seeking an EMEA Program and Operations Enablement Lead to drive integrated facilities management excellence across a large, multi-country portfolio. You will orchestrate service delivery, lead a Centre of Excellence, and embed sustainability in all platform activities.

The role requires senior leadership, deep FM/PM experience, and a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration across geographies, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and client value.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in business/operational field or sustainability-related degree.
• 10+ years in facilities/operations or integrated program management.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategic roadmap for IFM platform development.
• Lead IFM Platform team to deliver cohesive service across regions.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and decarbonization efforts across portfolio.
• Coordinate reporting and analytics for ESG metrics and client KPIs.
• Manage risks and ensure compliance with MSAs and client requirements.
