Job summary

JLL is seeking an EMEA Program and Operations Enablement Lead to drive integrated facilities management excellence across 38+ countries and 280+ FM professionals. The role reports to the EMEA IFM Director and acts as a strategic integrator for end-to-end service delivery within a One JLL framework.

You will lead a centre of excellence, establish best-in-class standards, and develop robust reporting frameworks while advancing sustainability objectives across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering integrated facilities management programs.
• Ability to drive sustainability initiatives across multiple countries and portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy for IFM platform development.
• Lead the IFM Platform team and ensure cohesive service delivery.
• Coordinate sustainability initiatives and environmental performance standards.
• Provide regular progress reporting to senior stakeholders and clients.
