Job summary

JLL Workplace Management is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to drive performance and operational excellence across the UK business unit. You’ll manage service delivery, P&L, compliance and people management to hit KPI targets and contractual measures.

Lead a team, develop robust reporting, and use data and MI to adapt to changing conditions. Build strong internal and external relationships to boost client and employee satisfaction while maintaining the company’s standards.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical engineering maintenance.
• Proven track record of managing performance to KPIs in a region.
• Knowledge of logistical and operational planning.
• Experience driving change and organizational transformation.
• Hard FM qualifications desirable (NEBOSH/IOSH).
• Facilities Management experience at senior level.
• Strong customer service experience desirable.
• MS Office competence.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational performance to meet KPIs across the regional unit.
• Oversee health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Leverage data platforms to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Manage P&L and commercial matters for the region.
• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Maintain regular audits and change processes.
• Foster stakeholder relationships to unlock profitable opportunities.
