Job summary

JLL is seeking an Engineering Manager to provide strategic leadership for the global account's engineering function, overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and ensuring regulatory compliance across sites. You will drive uptime through preventive maintenance and manage procurement, inventory, and contractor relationships.

The role requires 10+ years in facilities engineering management, deep HVAC and building infrastructure knowledge, and proven talent development.

Qualifications

Proven track record implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight and leadership across the global account's engineering function.
Lead operations aligned with objectives, ensuring compliance and excellent service delivery.
Drive preventive maintenance to maximise uptime and manage procurement/contractor relations.
Develop engineering talent through staff management, training, and supervision.
Collaborate with Reliability Engineering and other teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Oversee regulatory compliance and documentation management.
