Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager for a senior on-site role at a major London client site. You will oversee daily site operations, manage hard and soft services, and lead a team of engineers and vendors to deliver excellent workplace experience.

The role requires 3-5 years in facilities management, strong budgeting and HSE knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office and Planon CMMS. You will report to the EMEA Operations Lead and drive client satisfaction on site.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' direct facilities management experience delivering hard and soft services.
• Experience using a Computerised Maintenance Management System for preventive maintenance.
• People management skills and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site management including building functionality and client satisfaction.
• Manage Building Management Systems and supervise onsite engineers.
• Oversee Planned Maintenance schedules and compliance with health & safety requirements.
• Monitor budgets, invoices, service charges, and local costs.
• Ensure adherence to approved policies and procedures and promote best practices.
