Job summary

JLL is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to lead end-to-end facilities management across a multi-site, multi-country UK portfolio. You will own client relationships, budgets, and performance, driving operational excellence with a technology-enabled approach.

You will manage a large, multidisciplinary team, implement continuous improvement, and partner with senior client leadership to deliver exceptional service while upholding health, safety, and contractual commitments across sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in facilities management with senior multi-site leadership.
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments with commercial acumen.
• Strong technical literacy connecting engineering and operations to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to a large regional FM team delivering across multiple sites and countries.
• Own portfolio budget development, forecasting and financial targets.
• Drive KPI/SLA performance and governance with procurement and finance.
• Oversee contract management, risk, and vendor relationships across service lines.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental obligations and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
• Lead initiatives and transformation projects to optimise costs and service delivery.
