The client in City of London seeks a Lead for end-to-end Cyber Security service across global regions. You will own service performance, governance, and reporting, collaborating with CISOs, regional tech teams, and suppliers to drive continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive ITSM / CyberSM experience in multi-supplier setups.
• Experience with global regions and senior/CISO stakeholders.
• Knowledge of governance, SLAs, KPIs, reporting, and continual service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own cyber service performance, SLAs, KPIs, reporting and governance across regions.
• Lead cross-regional service reviews and manage operational risks, incidents, dependencies and improvement actions.
• Maintain the cyber service catalogue and support automated reporting via ServiceNow.
• Build relationships with CISOs and technology stakeholders, translating issues into clear management reporting.
