An international organisation is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Services leader to own the strategy, delivery and evolution of a broad portfolio of security services across a large and complex global environment.
The role has two key dimensions. First, you will ensure high-quality cyber security services are delivered across the Group and its operating companies, spanning areas including Security Operations, Incident Response and Operational Resilience. Second, you will provide executive oversight of a major strategic MSSP relationship, driving performance, service quality and continuous improvement.
Working closely with the CISO and senior stakeholders across the organisation, you will help shape the future cyber services portfolio, strengthen the customer experience and ensure services deliver measurable security and business outcomes.
To be strongly aligned with this opportunity, you will need significant Cyber Defence leadership experience. You will currently be at Head of Cyber Defence / Deputy CISO level. You should have experience transforming and evolving different SOC operating models, alongside strong expertise in Incident Response and other blue team duties (whilst you will not be on the keyboard yourself, you will need technical depth).
Of particular importance is the ability to operate effectively across both the MSSP and corporate environments, constructively challenging each side, driving accountability and ensuring the relationship delivers against strategic objectives. You will bring extensive executive stakeholder experience, strong commercial judgement and the gravitas to lead complex, high-profile strategic relationships.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis, with a base in either central London or Reading.
