Job summary

SMBC Group is seeking a Cyber Service Integration Manager to own the first-line service-management framework for Cyber services across EMEA, AD and APAC. You will coordinate regional technology teams, suppliers, and internal teams to present a consolidated view of service performance and risk.

The role requires strong ITSM and SIAM expertise, with experience in regulated financial services and stakeholder management at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Strong IT Service Management (ITSM) experience in a complex, multi-supplier environment.
• Experience supporting Cyber or security services as managed end-to-end services.
• Senior-level stakeholder management across multiple regions.
• Experience leading cross-functional governance or service review forums.
• Ability to influence teams without direct authority.
• Experience operating across regions and time zones with SIAM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service integration for Cyber services across regions (EMEA, AD, APAC).
• Deliver a single, evidence-based service health view across regions and providers.
• Coordinate Cyber, technology, supplier and regional stakeholders.
• Escalate and resolve service performance, risk and resilience issues.
• Lead continual service improvement and governance activities.
• Coordinate international service reporting, catalogue and SLA management.
