Job summary

CGI is hiring a Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery for UK Government and commercial clients. This hybrid London-based role blends cyber operations, governance, and stakeholder engagement to improve service resilience and performance.

You will coordinate security capabilities and lead in high-pressure, security-sensitive environments. You will work with CGI's team across SOC, SIEM, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and incident response to deliver

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT service delivery and managed services.
• Experience with UK Government, Defence, or regulated clients.
• Knowledge of cyber security operations and managed security services.
• Ability to manage SLAs, KPIs, incidents and risks.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance of cyber security services.
• Govern contractual obligations, SLAs, KPIs and security requirements.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders and lead governance forums.
• Coordinate SOC, SIEM, vulnerability management, threat intel, and IR.
• Lead major incidents and service issues to resolution.
• Drive continual service improvement and resiliency.
• Support onboarding and transition of new services.
• Maintain governance and assurance documentation.
• Collaborate with account and commercial teams on performance and growth.
