Job summary

Hunter Bond seeks a Vice President (VP) to lead the first line service management framework for Cyber Services in London with strong work-from-home options. You will own end-to-end service integration, international service reporting, and governance across a multi-supplier environment.

In this high-visibility role, you will coordinate cyber teams, regional tech groups and 3rd party suppliers to ensure an evidence-based view of cyber performance and continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong IT Service Management / Service Integration background.
• Strong experience supporting Cyber or security services.
• Worked in a complex, multi-supplier environment.
• Experience coordinating complex incidents, problems, dependencies and continual improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

My leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to take ownership for the first line service management framework for Cyber Services across the organisation. You'll have responsibility for end-to-end service integration, international service reporting, service catalogue management, SLA and KPI governance, service-performance controls and continual improvement.

You'll coordinate Cyber teams, regional technology teams, and 3rd party suppliers to provide a consistent, controlled and evidence-based view of Cyber service performance across supported regions and entities.
