Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager for London, with hybrid work at client site. The role requires extensive Information Security leadership, overseeing CSFC Operations and a 100+ member team to meet SLAs across multiple customers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall experience in technology/IT environments.
• 10+ years in Information Security.
• 4+ years running a Security Operations Center for a large organization, preferably with multi-client delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CSFC Operations per agreed SLAs and customer expectations.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements in operations and technology.
• Own and drive improvements in operations, advisory services, and customer satisfaction.
• Regularly report on delivery status and KPIs to senior management; manage risk and client reporting.
