The client in City of London seeks a Lead for end-to-end Cyber Security service across global regions. You will own service performance, governance, and reporting, collaborating with CISOs, regional tech teams, and suppliers to drive continual improvement.

My well-established client is expanding its Cyber Security Service Management team and is looking for a lead to own the end-to-end Cyber Security service across the bank's global regions. This role works closely with Cyber teams, regional technology functions and third-party suppliers to drive consistent service performance, governance, reporting and continual improvement across the organisation.

About the role:

• Own Cyber service performance, SLAs, KPIs, service reporting and governance across multiple regions and suppliers
• Lead cross-regional service reviews, manage operational risks, incidents, dependencies and improvement actions
• Maintain the Cyber service catalogue and support the transition towards automated reporting through ServiceNow and related platforms
• Build strong relationships with CISOs, Cyber teams, technology stakeholders and suppliers, translating technical issues into clear management reporting

About the requirement:

• Strong IT Service Management / Cyber Service Management experience within a complex, multi-supplier environment
• Experience working across global regions and engaging senior/CISO-level stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of service governance, SLAs, KPIs, reporting and continual service improvement
• SIAM and Cyber certifications such as CISSP/ CISM/ CRISC are desirable
• Financial services experience preferred
• ITIL certification is strongly preferred
