Job summary

Huxley is seeking a Cyber Service Integration Manager to lead the first-line service-management framework for cyber services across EMEA, Americas (Canada & Brazil) and APAC from London. The role focuses on service integration, reporting, catalogue management and SLA governance within a multi‑supplier environment.

You will coordinate cyber teams, regional technology groups, intragroup providers and third-party suppliers to ensure a consistent, evidence-based view of cyber service performance

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Service Management or service integration within a complex, multi-supplier environment.
• Experience supporting Cyber or security services as managed end-to-end services.
• Ability to influence cyber, technology, regional and supplier teams without direct authority.
• Familiarity with ITSM tooling and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end cyber service integration across multiple regions and suppliers.
• Coordinate cross-regional cyber service delivery and reporting.
• Manage service catalogue, SLAs, KPIs and governance for cyber services.
• Lead performance reviews, risk management and resilience planning.
• Engage stakeholders and suppliers to align objectives and expectations.
• Drive continual improvement and maturity of cyber services.
• Provide cross-functional coordination across security, technology and external partners.
• Deliver international cyber service reporting, catalogue maintenance and SLA governance.

Role details

• Title: Service Integration Manager - Cyber
• Salary: £80,000 - £120,000
• Focus of the role: the first-line service-management framework for Cyber services
• Location: London City and home working hybrid (50/50%)

The Cyber Service Integration Manager is responsible for owning and operating the first-line service-management framework for Cyber services supporting EMEA, Americas Division (inc Canada & Brazil) and APAC. This includes end-to-end service integration, international service reporting, service catalogue management, SLA and KPI governance, service-performance controls and continual improvement.

Operating within the EMEA-led SIAM integration hub, the role will coordinate Cyber teams, regional technology teams, intragroup providers and third-party suppliers to provide a consistent, controlled and evidence-based view of Cyber service performance across supported regions and entities.
