Job summary

ServiceNow in the United Kingdom is seeking a seasoned Client Director to oversee executive relationships within our largest accounts. You will lead virtual teams across Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional Services to drive strategic outcomes and growth.

You will build trust across client organizations from IT to CxO level, develop roadmaps, and ensure revenue targets are met through licenses, renewals and services while collaborating with global resources and travel up

Qualifications

• 10+ years of client management experience
• Experience as a Client Director or equivalent with multi-million-dollar sales
• Experience with IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, or IT Operations Management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and partnership to clients, serving as the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow
• Lead large virtual teams to develop solutions based on customer outcomes
• Oversee growth of global accounts and deployment of worldwide resources
• Build trust across client organizations from project/IT teams to CxO level
• Develop roadmaps and capabilities to promote exceptional customer experience
• Achieve financial targets including Licenses, Renewals and Professional Services
