Job summary

ServiceNow in the United Kingdom is seeking a Director to lead the UKI CRM Solution Consulting team. You will run the day-to-day pre-sales engine for CRM across the UK, Ireland, and Scotland, guiding first-line managers and individual contributors and ensuring deals land with customers.

You will report to the AVP of CRM Solution Consulting, shaping regional strategy while removing blockers and accelerating deal velocity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a leadership role in Solution Consulting or a comparable pre-sales or technical sales function.
• Experience owning and delivering against ACV/NNACV or equivalent targets in a software or SaaS environment.
• Experience leading distributed teams across the UK, Ireland, and Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM NNACV targets for UKI and contribute to double-digit ACV growth.
• Forecast win rates and readiness, flag risks early to leadership.
• Lead and develop first-line managers and ICs to improve POV execution and deal strategy.
• Run joint pipeline reviews with cross-functional teams to align on strategy.
• Recruit, develop, and retain strong technical leaders and ICs.
• Travel up to 40% across UK, Ireland, and Scotland.
