Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in design and creative leadership, preferably with global consumer brands.
• 10+ years of people management experience including recruiting and coaching talent.
• Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or consumer technology industries.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global brand design vision across all brands.
• Lead and mentor a global team of designers.
• Drive creative problem-solving in real-time reviews.
