Job summary

Linnworks is a fast-growing, international SaaS scale-up supplying ecommerce brands and retailers across the UK, Europe and North America. Our BDR team is the gateway to pipeline; we seek a UK-based BDR Manager with a global remit to lead and elevate this function into a high-velocity engine.

You'll own inbound and outbound BDRs across the UK and US, partner with Sales, Marketing, Partners and RevOps, and rewrite the playbook to drive outsized pipeline for Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading SDR/BDR teams in B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing inbound and outbound motions across more than one region or time zone.
• History of hiring, coaching and promoting BDRs into AE or senior roles.
• Hands-on experience as a high-performing BDR or SDR.
• Deep familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot or Salesforce; Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo or similar).
• Bonus: experience selling to ecommerce brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound and outbound BDRs across the UK and US and turn them into the next generation of Account Executives.
• Design AI-first workflows: embed AI into account research, prioritisation, personalisation, call summaries and follow-up.
• Build the toolkit: share prompts, agents and playbooks; test new AI sales tools and decide what earns a place in the stack.
• Partner with Marketing/Sales/RevOps to align targets, SLAs and data integrity.
• Own pipeline generation: forecast meetings and pipeline, report performance to leadership.
