Linnworks, a fast-growing ecommerce automation leader, is seeking an Inbound BDR in the UK. You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound leads, qualify opportunities and book meetings for our Account Executives, using AI to work faster and smarter than a traditional SDR.
This entry‑level role includes structured training, weekly coaching and a clear career path, with hybrid options in London or Chichester and the right to work in the UK.
Linnworks is a fast-growing, international SaaS scale-up, selling to ecommerce brands and retailers across the UK, Europe and North America. Our BDR team is the front door to our pipeline, and as an Inbound BDR you'll be the first person our inbound leads speak to.
Every demo request, content download and pricing enquiry lands with you. What you do in the first few minutes decides whether it becomes pipeline. You'll qualify leads, personalise every conversation and book meetings for our Account Executives, using AI to work faster and smarter than a traditional SDR.
The Inbound BDR position is an entry-level role built for people who want a career in sales. You'll get structured training, weekly coaching and a clear career path.
This role is based in the UK and open to candidates living in the London or Chichester area. You must have the right to work in the UK, as we’re unable to offer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Speed wins on inbound. You'll own the first conversation and make it count.
You'll be trained to use AI every day, not as a shortcut but as a way to have better conversations.
When you're not on calls, you'll create more opportunities from the leads we already have.
Good habits are what separate good BDRs from great ones.
You'll join a mixed inbound and outbound BDR team across the UK and US, reporting to the BDR Manager and working closely with Account Executives, Marketing and RevOps.
You'll be measured on qualified meetings booked, meeting-to-opportunity conversion, speed-to-lead, activity quality and CRM hygiene.
To be transparent, this role isn't for everyone.
