Job summary

Linnworks is seeking an Inbound BDR in the UK to be the first point of contact for inbound leads. You will qualify, personalise conversations and book meetings for Account Executives, using AI to work faster and smarter.

This entry-level role includes structured training, weekly coaching, and a clear career path within a UK-based team. You’ll respond quickly to inbound inquiries, qualify opportunities against ICPs, and help grow the pipeline while collaborating with Marketing and RevOps.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in sales, customer-facing or target-driven roles; graduates welcome.
• Evidence of hitting or beating targets in any field is a plus.
• Some familiarity with CRMs and sales engagement tools is helpful but not required.
• Bonus: familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon) or selling to ecommerce brands.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads by phone, email and chat and qualify quickly.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives with clear context.
• Use AI to research accounts, draft outreach and personalise communications.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and share learnings with the team.
