Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales development.
• Proven track record leading distributed BDR/SDR orgs across regions.
• Experience partnering with Marketing leadership to drive demand.
• Hands-on mastery of sales tech and funnel analytics.
• Curiosity for using AI tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the global BDR function and operations across AMER, EMEA, APAC.
• Align BDR with demand gen campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Define SLAs, monitor funnel velocity, and optimize conversions.
• Own global team metrics and provide data-driven reporting to executives.
• Design and maintain a universal global BDR playbook.
• Collaborate with RevOps to optimize tools and workflows.
