Job summary

Linnworks is seeking a BDR Manager based in the UK with a global remit to lead and evolve a high-impact BDR team across the UK and US. You will redesign discovery, prioritisation and outreach, embedding AI into workflows to boost conversion and pipeline generation.

This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Partners and RevOps, and a bias for data-driven improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading SDR/BDR teams in B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound and outbound BDRs across UK and US and develop them into Account Executives.
• Design AI-first workflows to research, prioritise, personalise and follow-up with prospects.
• Own inbound speed-to-lead, qualification standards and handoff quality.
• Shape territory and multi-threaded sequences for UK and US ICPs.
• Forecast and report pipeline and meetings to Sales leadership.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales and RevOps to align SLAs and data quality.
• Establish a consistent culture and operating rhythm across regions.
