Our TMT Group advises clients on various financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity/equity‑linked and debt financings, joint ventures, restructurings, and financial investments.

Role Responsibilities

Our Analysts and Associates play an important role in developing and strengthening client relationships, participating on advisory teams, and structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions. Responsibilities include:

• Creating and analyzing financial models
• Organizing and preparing client presentations
• Managing transaction processes
• Assisting in structuring transactions

They gain exposure to the firm’s businesses and expand their knowledge of the investment banking industry while developing key analytical, communication, and marketing skills.
