Global Assistant Brand Manager – AXE Deos

Location: 100 Victoria Embankment, London

Job Purpose

AXE has become one of the world’s most iconic male personal care brands. The brand’s growth strategy for the next three years is to deliver unprecedented penetration and market share gains, reaching a target of €1.5 billion turnover by 2027. As a Global Assistant Brand Manager, you will help shape the future of our deodorants business by driving product innovation, engaging campaigns, and cultural relevance across key markets.

Responsibilities

  • Overall focus: Reporting to the Senior Global Brand Manager, responsible for all aspects of Axe Deos.
  • Innovation: Assist in crafting and implementing Horizon 2 & 3 innovations for the Deos portfolio. Develop FOMO‑driving packaging, design, and a robust product innovation roadmap. Own day‑to‑day project management, finances, and innovation processes.
  • Engagement: Collaborate with top agencies and talent to create standout, culturally relevant content. Stay tuned to cultural trends and deliver successful campaigns in key markets.
  • Work cross‑functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, CMI, Finance, Legal, Deploy, and external partners such as research, design, and fragrance experts.
  • Global scope: Partner with local teams in key markets (Mexico, UK, Germany, France) to design innovations and communications.
  • Based in London, working with a highly motivated team.
All About You
  • Previous experience in Brand Marketing is key.
  • Experience in a global brand and understanding of deodorants, other personal care categories, or male brands is advantageous.
  • Demonstrable skills and/or inclination in the following areas:
